Hello. I say you posted that your tinnitus went up after getting Moderna vaccine...is it still up or did it go back down?

        wwtsai
Hi, I thought it went up but it was just me paying too much attention to my T. If there was any change, it went back to normal within a day.

Had a video call with a new AuD who actually keeps up with research and was fairly excited about FX-322. Now that's a keeper.

Too much anxiety, maybe you focus too much on it. Your life itself. Are you in a loud city or a local farm inside a field? Try to find your triggers or the cause

@Steph1710 I've had it for 5 years but only noticeable in the last 6 months. I do fluctuate on a daily basis, but I was to the point where the fluctuations were predictable. This new pitch threw me for a loop but I know I'll get used to it eventually.

They really need to make hearing aids that can amplify the higher frequencies. These are doing nothing for my T.

This sort of thing is why I hesitate to ever go outside and talk walks. Doesn't help that I live right on a decently traveled street, so cars go whooshing by every so often. It's amazing how we even put up with this before.

Definitely lower pitch, higher volume. Lower volume tinnitus that is high pitch is easy to mask and usually gets masked in ambient noise, from my experience.
