      Hello Gio
      I also suffer from pain hyperacusis. In one post you wrote that general sound sensitivity got better but pain increased at the same time. I have had the same. That is why I find the TTTS theory not convincing. I had contact with an audiologist said that the pain is a separate condition from hyperacusis.
      What is your strategy to deal with this?
