      My T and H is getting better. The DE seems to take the edge off of both, I would not say it cures it. I can only type 140 characters.

      Hey StubbyJ. I just read your post re; taking Silica etc for your T&H. I've got H and T from loud noise shock (Ipod Shuffle way too loud). The H is killing me at the moment. Just wondered how you went with your Silica treatment of it. Are you still doing it, has your H improved from that, or just naturally improved, or no better yet? I have tinnitus at a saw wave 8.2khz frequency. Have your meds helped?
