Be careful with antidepressants. They can spike tinnitus.

@AnthonyMcDonald Thank you for looking out for me :) luckily they haven't had this effect on me but they do treat my mental illness well! The tinnitus not bothering me is just a nice side effect for me.

@Joe Cuber Hi! Long time no see! Yes it's working much better than I could have ever imagined. I'm honestly kicking myself for not tying it sooner. :))) Thanks for all your help and assurance that helped lead me here.

@Joe Cuber Yes! I notice that although it's still present, it's almost like I can't hear it because my brain finds it completely unimportant and uninteresting. I think it's starting to want to filter it out more as time passes. But I don't think it's any quieter in reality? unless i am Physically healing .

@Joe Cuber Yes I am! I am still trying to figure out how long I want to take these, but I really don't mind them at all. I think I have a neurotic disposition as well as prior mental illness that just made tinnitus a more agonizing condition for me. Now w/ my mental health under control it's much better. I don't think my neurotype would allow habituation before.
