When I feel like my blood pressure is up with stress or whatever is bothering me then I feel like my T can be felt like a vibration in the head. I assume its blood pressure anyway as when I'm calm and relaxed it goes.
Have you tried other ways to lower blood pressure at all or is it not possible without meds? @DeanD
It's a real surprise to be honest @Joe Cuber and @Strawberryblonde as my blood pressure has always been so good. But each setback worsening and increase have led to stress, but the meds to help caused serious eye problems (added stress).
Only taking Bisoprolol because my body refused me to sleep. Wasn't able to sleep a wink for 4 whole days this week. Not tinnitus loudness my body actually prevented itself going in to sleep using adrenaline to wake me as soon as I dropped off. It does this with apnea but I don't have that.
My t is 100% down to noise, and each worsening I can 100% relate to a random setback caused by noise. Checked blood pressure yesterday and now up to mild hypertension level - maybe blood pressure is adding to things now
@Strawberryblonde - I started taking Magnesium Calm and Chamomile tea. They helped a bit. Never had stress or high blood pressure before t.
Damn, it's a catalyst to rob and take from you so many things
Hey @Joe Cuber - actually I don't get any more ear fluttering. My reactions aren't great admittedly but the last noise was a coke can that somehow must have been so pressurised it blew the top one inch of the can away from the rest of the can. Never seen anything like it. Sounded like a gun shot.
@Strawberryblonde - Yeah I agree about the stress. Actually I do find diaphragm breathing seems to temporarily take the edge off.
Not sure if it's the breathing and bringing in calm or, because I'm living in near silence because of the palinacousis and worsening, that the sound of my breathing is causing it to soften
