      we are around the same age 2. and doesnt it suck that we lost out on our fucking 20s to this shit.
      like seriously. I habituated too but i learned early on that habituation depends on alot of factors hence its kinda for the most part b.s. I was you last year. got this crazy spike couldnt sleep. thing is i already have mad sounds. eventually it went down but still. susan shore is our only hope for now

        It seems like I had it easier than you during the last years, though. Tinnitus wasn't in my mind for long periods of time, starting somewhere in 2014. However, with it being worse now I can't think of anything else.

      Bro you and i last normal perfect normal regular year was in 2013. it was like a different lifetime right.
      late 2013 was both of our worst years ever as thats when we got this shit.
      can you believe its been this dam long. my lifes been miserable ever since. mines was caused by headphones btw. I hate that our only hope is susan shore, i was sure by 2016-2017 we would of gotten cured by now.
