That's a good sign, you are on the right direction! Do you have any noise sensitivity or hyperacusis? Why do you think your week was good, did you keep yourself busy?
They will come in waves. Good and bad days. Focus on the good days you have been having a build on that :D
@tniuf I did stay very busy... But sometimes I just want to relax, you know? "/ No, I do not have noise sensitivity or H, but I have facial pain and pressure migraines often. =Z
