Hi @Sammy0225 my T has been OK and manageable, if my mental health is OK then T is fine. My H is getting better slowly as i am tolerating more traffic noise and a vacuum lol neverr thought id ever have to vacuum with ear protection ever!!
@Joe Cuber on my loud days I train my brain to fight the noise by playing chess or I take apart broken devices like iPads and iPhones and fix them. I been doing this to build tolerance to the loud days and it’s been working so far. If I don’t do this then the t wins cause I will start over thinking and my brain becomes fried out. I’ve managed to swap and repair a few iPad screens
@Sammy0225 If I am still battling my most destressing sound which is the ultra high frequency stuff that is also reactive (in my SSHL range from ear infection), I will definitely try the device for that because it has somatic components to it. If I could lessen or eliminate that, oh heavens what a miracle that would be.
