Load up on vitamins ACE & magnesium :) And continue taking larger doses for at least 5 days afterward. This has been shown by research to reduce damage. Also, these are preventative, so taking regularly might not be a bad idea. You can consider taking NAC for a while too. How are you feeling?

@Strawberryblonde No there wasn’t. Just the state and specifically the city I live in lifted the restrictions around fireworks so as soon as it’s nice out, people start letting them off.
