Oddly enough, it seems my reactivity comes and goes. Sometimes I really notice it. Sometimes it causes the ttts spasms and other times I don’t notice it much at all.
When masking isn't possible and things like driving in a car and being around normal daily sounds makes you feel debilitated. If mine wasn't reactive/responsive to sounds, I'd be at work right now and living with "annoying" tinnitus sounds.
@Moni97 hi moni it’s good to hear from you! I’m not doing so great at the moment which is weird cause two weeks ago I thought I was really making progress. But I guess that’s how this shit goes *sigh* how have you been?
@Joe Cuber hi Joe! It definitely was improving! I would even go as far as saying, I felt 90% recovered.
But Then the past two weeks my reactivity came back full force almost compared to Day 1. I didn’t do anything different, so I’m not sure what’s going on.
@Sammy0225 Aw, thank you for saying that. Trust me, it’s been difficult but I had no choice. A severely wounded warrior lol. You’re dealing with all this with your life responsibilities too. Give yourself some credit. Even just sitting still with this is hard!
@Sammy0225 Ive been doing alright. Trying to live some kind of life while balancing the ever present fear that I have ticking time bombs in my head. Ya know, the usual. My T&H seem to really feed on my TMJ, so that’s nice haha I’m sorry the reactive is back. Are you back to sound isolation or just pushing through.
