I feel your pain, but you need some short term meds or theraphy, before you do something your gonna regret. Please reach out beyond this forum, for professional help. You need to get your anxiety under control.

I did I went to doctor today was just told to take more pain meds.

Then find a new doc...Perhaps an ssri would be helpful?..or Cymbalta that works on pain as well.

Iv booked another appointment for next week to see someone else the receptionist look at like I'm crazy and moaning for nothing.
