I'm trying high doses of Gabapentin plus a little Klonopin. I take it for my toes and spinal pain as well as T. I always thought Trobalt was too dangerous. I hope you get relief somehow.

I still get morning spikes after being good last night. I know some of these drugs you have to be on 3 weeks to get them built up in your blood chemistry levels tho. This mornings noise is a screeching one, so not pleasant. Just when you think you have it figured out, you don't. It's a true hell when it's bad, no doubt about that.

@John G. Benzos are short term drugs and are classified as anti-anxiety. Very addictive. Anti-depressants, are longer term and are sustained released. Like RaZah said, your doc will tell you all your options.

Ok. I will see what doc will say. Although I did go to a naturopathic clinic and here is a list of what they recomended for me.

For sleeping - Tranquil Sleep.

To prevent anxiety/panic attacks - L-theanine and Rhodiola.

Use acutely if a panic attack is coming on - Glycine

Plus take Vitamin D and magnesium bioglycyinate.

I havn't ordered/tried these products yet. That is just what what they recommended .

Not sure if I should go the natural route or try meds. Just hate the thought of wasting money on trying to find out what is the best route.

Basically I have always had bad anxiety all my life,so the naturopath doc gave that list to see if it will relax me and also it may help in relieving my T because of anxiety

Indeed, cannot sleep and cant really eat any more Trobalt.

It does seem to help,but during the day my T is not that noticeable so.

It should,one is to settle brain activity and the other should bring relief on its own.When it works (ACRN) you should try to make it a daily routine.

It was definitely working there for a few minutes, but the the actual acrn app stopped working on my computer.
My T killed the app ! :P

cause when the music hits you, you feel no pain* or something like that ;p
