        Hi Ron, doing well today, hope the same for you my friend. Had tinnitus for 2 years 6 months; from the moment spontaneous hearing loss struck it's been ringing @ ~9KHz steadily. Apart from avoiding stress, nothing externally helps.

        I've started an (essentially) diabetic diet recently with the intention of doing it for 2 months to see if that changes anything (no sugar, salt, caffeine). Never tried anything external to help T on the left side because there is zero hearing, so no sound therapy can 'get through'. Now that it's also started on the right side I will be looking for sound therapies.

        I actually saw the Back in Black tour which opened with "Hells Bells". It opened with a guy banging on a giant bell suspended over the stage. If only I knew then what I know now...
