    @AnxiousJon no, bc she is only a therapist she does not have the allowance to prescribe meds. at least here in germany

    Here that would be a Psychologist. Our Psychiatrists are the counselors that are allowed to prescribe meds. As a patient I recommend meds greatly. 'Paxil for me.

    Yeah I didn't either, till it destroyed my health, and I had nothing left. And now I'm doing great with a drug that is safe and effective "longterm". Maybe taking pride in your ability to make it without them will become less important as you reach the end of your rope.
    But hey, I hope you can get better without them.

    Could be worse, you could have tinnitus and depression.:-) I haven't figured out a good coping method with tinnitus yet either and that is depressing.
