After a year since onset, after dozens of drugs and treatments I can finally say that I am fully habituated. Time to move on with life... :)

hi i have pulsatile tinitus for some six weeks will be undergoing tests shortly however dont see much coming out of it.....it is taking over my life and i cant sleep jennifer

It took me several months but I got better! Among things I have tried are "AM-101", betahistine, upper cervival kinesitherapy and others.

Just wondering how you are coping at the moment?

I'm taking small steps, trying to not check for sounds by blocking my ears. It's harder than it sounds but someone said it helps if you stop checking up on it all the time.
