You should really get yourself checked to find the cause, just to rule out the more severe ones. (auto immune diseases, menière, blood clots,...). Hopefully it's something benign :)

Had extensive work up, unknown etiology. Possibly ischemic ?
Possible cochlear hydrops

Your tinnitus or the hearing loss or both? You were doing so well, this is really upsetting to hear....

I don't think supplements helped but I am talking turmeric, ginkgo, fish oil and centrum silver, I did have dizziness (vertigo) it would occur when I swallowed or put pressure in my ear. It took 8 months and it's gone, my hypercusis is also gone. I have tinnitus but much improved !

I have appointment with her on 8/12 it will be my third appointment, I am using the masker and hearing aid, not sure if I notice any improvement

What do you mainly attribute it to?
