- Hello everyone this is my story while out shopping 2yrs ago I had a single first time drop attack in a shopping centre I was on my own this day anyway came around in an ambulance was taken to hospital and since then I have had pulsatile tinnitus constant I have had 3MRS,s was given an hearing aid which I cart use in work as I work nights in a care home and every rim they pressed there alarm buttons it's makes my ears worst am finding things hard right now as its been over 2yrs and my pulsatile tinnitus is much worst I have tried white noise apps listening to music relaxing nothing works anyone else feeling like this please reply thanks
