@Foncky, the fourth of July to me is the same to Christmas for a kid. Before I could go with no worries, enjoy it fully. Now there's always that what if. I went because I will not have t run my life, but it's not the same now as it was before.

All right. Be careful and don't stay near if you feel uncomfortable, but if you feel ok to go, you should be ok.

It was last night, I plugged my ears for grand finale. Kind of like when you told t and h to piss off, I'm riding my mountain bike today. We can't let it run our lives but be careful at the same time. I know you have bad h so it's more complicated for you.

Listening to halcyon on and on, very relaxing. I would recommend this to anyone who just needs to relax. Or just listen to some good music.

One of the most beautiful, soothing songs ever created. Loved it in Hackers and MK film... on its own... just bliss.

I just bought the decibel defense earmuffs. Had my 10 year old son try them on and he said it's so quiet he could hear his ears ring.

Why couldn't you utilese a chainsaw with -37 dB? I am pretty sure a chainsaw is not louder than 120 dB, right? Where did you buy these?

I take my pill an hour before bed, then 30 mins of mediation (Head space, or Stop breath - apps on my phone) then i normally go off easily and always wake up at 3am for a pee, and sometimes Im awake for 20 mins but no longer. Im planning to stay on these tabs for max 6 months.

How do you find out what kHz your ringing is at?
      1. MikeGreen
        MikeGreen
I was also thinking about this but I never asked anyone here about it. What I believe (just a guess) is that you listen to a certain sound, use a db meter to find out what db that sound is and whether you can hear your T or whether you cant and then make an estimation of how loud your T is in db? I dont know about kHz though. I would love to know how too.

Yes, no change in T. Dont think its any use if yours is noise-induced. But ive heard its helped with causes through meniere's disease.
