    Cause of Tinnitus:
    Loud music
    I'm a web developer / musician residing in Chicago. I had mild tinnitus since about 2004 - likely due to upper frequency (4k-8k) hearing loss due to listening to / playing loud music. I didn't notice my tinnitus very often until it spiked to a new level in April 2017.
