        Things can change in literally a heartbeat, I could have never guessed I've had to go through all of this. I guess everyone has this feeling. I can't stop thinking in periods pre-T.

      I might have just ruined my progress. Drank two iced coffee's the other day, immense ear pain afterwards. Now both ears seem to be hissing.
