        In my experience... habituation starts when you achieve to keep your mind away from the sound, watch lot of movies, start avoiding masking and just try to keep your mind busy :)

      I found habituation again. I found it through the constant focus of the empirical as opposed to the focus of innane ideas about tinnitus.
