    Hi Melike. Whilst yoga and meditation can be good for the mind and body. Some people with tinnitus find when practicing these therapies, they can focus more on the tinnitus especially when done is quiet surroundings. Try to avoid quiet surroundings at all times as this can make the tinnitus louder and more intrusive.

    @Michael Leigh , Hey Michael, as I have said a few times before, it doesn't have to be made in silence, %99 of the time the yoga teacher plays a soothing background music.

    Besides, it has some scientifically proven benefits for a faster habituation process & lower volume of T.

    @Michael Leigh Thank you so much Michael ! Also we've started to practice some insanely difficult yoga poses these days,so most of the time I only try to breathe and not to die, I can't even hear my T LOL.

    Just make sure you don't get too tangled up in those yoga poses, as you might not be able to get undone...lol Wish you the best of luck with it.
