It is really nice to follow your updates. I have similar history as you, so that really keeps me motivated. :)

Is your T improving? Looks like it's only been a couple months for you, so you may not notice much improvement yet. It seems like it was 4-5 months before I really noticed any improvement.

It is hard to say actually. There is definitely part of T almost gone (which was more somatic), but there is annoying right ear cricket kind of noise, which is actually some days very mild, but some days I would rate it mild/moderate. Although we have a acoustic test chamber in my work and I sometimes test the T, it is difficult to hear the differences.. However, H is easier to compare, it got significantly better.

And the left ear swishing noise is still there.. :/ So, I would say, there is some improvement, but I am waiting for the major one. :)

My higher "cricket sound" did eventually go away, so I expect yours will go away too. I would say in 6 months you will see significant improvement.

Thanks a lot. And thanks also for the initial reaction on my panic thread. I must admit I am fighting sometimes with my anxiety that appeared with T, this is important to overcome now.

Oh, I was a basket case for the first 2-4 months. It was almost 6 months before I started "living" again (but still had bad days). Fortunately, I am retired, so I could just lay low (no job!)
It takes time, time, and then more time.
