It still hasn't gone....or I wouldn't be up at 4 am....

Had some sleep and moments silence on waking with diazepam. Now up with high tone that is quiet but horrible so afraid it will get louder.

Meeting with a lecturer who asked how my tinnitus was. I told him in detail! Other than looking a bit ashen he took it quite well.

5pm and the single high pitch tone that I can't bear even when it is much quieter is back I so wish it would just all completely go.

First day in 4 weeks to the day it started it is really and truly hardly noticeable. Still scared.
