Helo,, should i use ear plug on affected ear with T or both ear when at works or street,Thanks for the advice..

  If you work in a loud environment like a factory, definetly. But if you work in an office space, don't bother wearing plugs. You can wear them in both T and non T ears. If you by chance have hyperacusis, its best to limit earplug usage unless its definitely needed. Use your best judgement on when you should wear them. :)

  Most importantly try to keep stress and anxiety down about sound. It makes ones judgement much more clear. Many people who have terrible anxiety because of T and H think everything in the world will hurt them. Which is quite the opposite.

  I work in an office environment, and my colleague slammed the door of his office leading to a horrific week-long spike for me. Also, if a fire alarm sounds, you will be glad that you had that ear plug.
