        Hi Buggie, for me, once you get used to first 6 weeks of T and H, it will be less troubling. My H i would say improved 40% since couple months ago so it is healing but slowly. I find best to sleep on my back as sleeping on side adds more pressure and fullness to ears. Eat healthy, stay busy (non noisy activities) sleep well, stay happy positive and you'll see improvements after weeks (for me).
