    Sorry I remove comment , new here. Had it 8 week it is a difficult thing, affect me daily. try to ignore it, but sometime it's impossible .Had two good days then it came back . Hope the best for myself, you and everyone who suffer from T.Never heard of this until I suffer from it. strange.

    You are very new to it, and you will likely be fine. Just give it time and treat yourself good, and a year from now you will be much better. Stay away from loud noises like clubs, headphones and concerts for a while. I wish you best of luck.

    Headphones are no good , my ENT is a idiot told me to listen to low sound. I think you are correct I still trying to figure out what it good or bad. think all those white noise blue noise etc.. make things worse.

    Some people find relief in using masking sound, but try to find what works for you. Do not over protect your ears as this can lead to hyperacusis in addition to tinnitus. Make sure you get good sleep, relax, and remember, tinnitus is not dangerous even though it is intrusive.
