Hate to lose another year to T, but I'm gonna stay focused on healing.
Sorry to hear that it has gotten louder :( Have you tried NAC and/or Zinc?
@TheDanishGirlKD I do take quite a bit of supplements. Technically my official increase of volume was back in March. When I first got T it was a tickle in my ear, could barely hear it. In a quiet room all I had to do was think and it vanished. It was almost gone and then wham!
How are you doing? I was gonna ask on your profile, but it won't let me comment.
I'm doing better, thanks for asking :) I have had a whole week where T has only been a very mild annoyance some times, I am beginning to habituate but I am not fully there yet.
Hope you will soon see positive change in your T.
@TheDanishGirlKD I'm glad to hear that! October and November I had a few mild weeks and it was bliss. Hopefully more of those to come for both of us.
Have you been able to enjoy reading more?
Yes, this past week I have had absolutely no problem reading and I have started doing it every day and enjoy it fully like before T. Before that I had a month or two where I could not bring myself to pick up a book because I got frustrated at the tinnitus ruining my reading experience and taking my attention.
I'm glad to hear that! I've enjoyed reading as well, but when the T volume goes up I still find it difficult. Though I think that to shall pass one way or another.
@TheDanishGirlKD What have you been reading?
