@Taylorslay It went back down to baseline, most spikes do it took awhile. I was more worried about the tinnitus spike then the hyperacusis.

I think you mentioned a while back you had an H spike with a vacuum if I'm not mistaken. How did you recover?

pin123 If you had your ears cleaned with suction, I strongly suggest that you call that ENT asap and ask to have Prednisone prescribed

Hey I noticed in one of your posts you had a spike from an ear cleaning/suction that went away after a month.. could you elaborate on what it was like when the spike first occurred and that following month?
