Musician and performer, past 30 years, writer, have also written and recorded symphonic rock, plus soundscape and nature/relaxation music which may in hindsight have been a better career path than the rock guitar path I have followed for many years. Have had to retire from very successful band due to ear problems. Now major payback time with chronic tinnitus, hearing loss and hyperacusis, considering leaving the music business altogether due to the severity of my symptoms. I have fluid in my ears, on one side it has crystallised. Recent op for grommets had helped a city but not on the crystallised side.
