usually my spike are 3-4 days, but this was a massive spike caused by a fire alarm in the library. How are you doing red?
A little more improvement today on day 9. Hoping it lowers tomorrow too. My cpain is shit right now so I am actually g rumpier today.
I never had a spike this long. I am so afraid..made an appointment to get my hearing checked. I am scared that the fire alarm has done more damage. This has been the nastiest and longest spike i had. I realized how much progress I have made.
