Tinnitus/Hyperacusis?

Nothing new, same as always, these fays I actually think my H is a little worse then usual.

@TheDanishGirlKD me neither, stagnating..

I am so much worse now than i ever was. T is high pitch dentist drill, ear muffled, popping in ears, whooshing in ears like somewone is blowing air in them, hyperacusis in both ears, and T is right ear. I also feel like I am partially deaf on the L ear.

As of right now I am okay, but I am anxious of the next months, where I will probably feel very bad because of benzo withdraval. :/

I want to enjoy life: go travelling, go to concerts, party's ect. but tinnitus just kills the possibility of all that :(

Hyperacusis probably influences a lot. If we did not have it we could probably tolerate normal noise.

I got a spike again after closing trunk of my car, it was loud and i didnt wear earplugs.

It is not loud as the previous one but its high pitch.

My H took about a year to go away. Did you have your hearing tested for loss?

In October it was normal, before caloric test normal, after caloric test its not. I also exposed myself to a blow dryer after getting haircut, electric razor for sideburns, and walked next to a car that was starting up (muffler). my T is quite intrusive, i would put it as high moderate

, it has been like this since this saturday, overall its not mild anymore. I quit my job because i cant focus anymore, i swear i hear less.

What sucks is that I am only 27 which means i have to put up with this s***t for 45 more years.

Still not back at baseline. But better than it was.

That is great. I never went back to baseline so it's a lesson learned for me. Currently more bothered by my chronic pain, though

How many days?

Today is the ninth day. Not getting better.

A little more improvement today on day 9. Hoping it lowers tomorrow too. My cpain is shit right now so I am actually g rumpier today.

I never had a spike this long. I am so afraid..made an appointment to get my hearing checked. I am scared that the fire alarm has done more damage. This has been the nastiest and longest spike i had. I realized how much progress I have made.

My T was so mild before and now it is loud as hek.
