My decreased 60% in three months. I got a nasty spike and it went through the roof. I got H again :( due to protecting my ears, but not overprotecting. I started to not protect my ears while going outside and T went up again. I am so confused..

I too felt like it decreased significantly in the first few months but comparing it with the previous levels these days... Really don't know. What I know for sure is I am exhausted @dpdx

My life is normal. But not exactly the same as before. F. e I am visiting my sister's house (she lives in another city) and I am not able to mask my tinnitus since it is embarrassing to play weird audios at other people's houses. I feel like my ears are blasting. I was somewhat ok at my own house @dpdx

Some people's T fades gradually in months and they got into a place where they are comfortable with the level. I am apparently not one of them. @dpdx

Unknown. It came suddenly one night as if somebody just switched it on. A few months after the onset I was diagnosed with TMJD. I also have a few more TMJD related symptoms. So it is most probably TMJD. @dpdx

I got mine from loud music on IPOD. I sometimes feel like i can manage this and other times i dont.

@Melike I get what you mean. By my first 3 months my T was almost gone. Then when my jaw got reticked the T just kept getting worse and worse. I know there's been some improvement now, but it's still so intense. The healing/improvements seem so small. My brain is so exhausted.
