I’m a mother of a 9 month old girl and a supportive husband. Suffering from postpartum depression and anxiety from a debilitating birth injury. My healing journey involved counselling, meditation, physio therapy, osteopaths, and chiro.
Reacted poorly to ssri’s and tried a sober, holistic approach. Started exercising, Meditated for 4 weeks, then sudden onset of tinnitus 3weeks ago. Can hear it in my neck. Starting CBT and craniosacral therapy, as well as acupuncture.Interact
