Do you also have random muscle pains/soreness? Is it one side of your body or both sides evenly?

I was taking many vitamins for tinnitus treatment, but not ritalin or melatonin. I was taking gingko, fish oil, B-vitamins, etc

I sometimes have needle like pain in my toes and fingers. Most of the time on left side. No random muscle soreness. But I have a lot of headaches because of light and especially sound sensitivity. It is really unbearable.
Have you ever used drugs, marihuana, antibiotics, antidepressiva before all these problems? It may sound strange, but even antibiotics can cause and worsen visual snow.
