    I went to the cinema. Had earplugs, then even switched to earmuffs. A day later, a massive spike happened. It's been a week now.

  Hmmm. I'm not entirely sure if it's improved. It could just be habituation. As for change in lifestyle... I can't say. I've always had a healthy diet. Don't take really all that many supplements either (just D and B12.)

    Several spikes. Some lasting for days, some for months. None of them entirely random, though, but caused by some sort of noise exposure. The random ones are just for seconds.

    Go out to eat, shopping, chill places like dessert places, places where I can enjoy nature, beach, places with things to look at, etc. fun friends chill things :)

  You do need to protect your ears from loud noises, and avoid ototoxic drugs as best you can; so your ears do not worsen. Try to live a clean life as best you can with a balanced diet and exercise. Do things that help you relax, to avoid stress and get enough sleep! Limit salt and sugar; avoid Benzos, they stop habituation. And pray!
