      Hey Lane, I see that you are in S Oregon...I lived in Grant's Pass for a while in the late 80s. It was beautiful. I would go back if I could. Rogue river was awesome!

        Hi @BLane,

        I actually grew up in rural Wisconsin, and have been settled in S. Oregon for the past 20 years. I love the warmer climate, nearby ocean, and beautiful mountains and trees.

        But i tend to think of Crater Lake as the "crown jewel" of Oregon. Your relatives (ancestors) picked a really nice place to settle! Oh, forgot... I don't think we're related... :-)
