    I think the sample size was 99 wasn’t it? A 75% reduction in 1 or 2 patients is barely significant but we will have to wait to the publication is released

    Do you mean ibuprofen? I think with ibuprofen it is usually temporary. Switch to acetaminophen and start with lowest dose, lower if you can. I am not a doctor.

    Yes. Extended use can be permanent and also hearing loss. Not too worried and its pretty much gone. Obviously the established T rings away still.

    Ah yes. It seems almost any medication I take affects mine now. I usually don’t take anything for headaches until it becomes unbearable. I used to eat ibuprofen like candy.

    would be awesome but everything for tinnitus or hearing loss is acute only at the moment, would be a damn shame if it ended up working for acute cases only because we would all be so fucked.

    I know, I feel like I got kicked in the nuts. I think the takeaway from this is additional doses were worse in weekly succession and next time they should try monthly. They did another Phase 1b trial that showed that a single dose of FX-322 was effective, so that’s two Phase 1b trial that shows the single dose was effective. We still have age-related and severe hearing loss trial left.

    Same, I hope FX-322 has no problem reaching deeper in the round window with additional doses to be more effective and get rid of tinnitus and hyperacusis.

    Havent managed to get it done yet. I usually opt for irrigation as suctioning was hugely uncomfortable for me. It blocks occasionally. Praying it eases the tinnitus.
