Hey @stepe1519 hope you are feeling better! Just some quick questions: Do you have hearing loss? Do you have bilateral ou unilateral tinnitus? Have you tried any medication like Prednisolone?

Did prednisone pills for 2 or 3 days right after the incident.
Not on normal audiogram. Tinnitus is both ears, but left significantly more than right. I can hear frequencies > 12kHz way less with my left ear, compared to my right ear, so yes I do have high frequency hearing loss.

Hey! I wonder how you're doing? I found your message on my profile a bit late, because I did not come back to the forum for a long time. Just let me know how things are (:

        Hey Ylva,
I'm doing pretty good again! It's been a few months since my massive onset, and it took hard work to adjust, but I'm still working on it and living pretty normal live atm. My reaction to my Ts improved and I found ways to not think about it in most situations.

I'm not even sure how I got mine, I did snorted Ritalin and got drunk at a party (with earplugs), but I guess in the end it was just stress. I thought MMC (whatever you took) is different from what I used.

Mine only got worse for a day, when I went to parties, but always returned to my new baseline.... Mine is somatic, too so I'm hoping for Dr. Shores device to help, maybe we're lucky :)
However, I'm sure it will get easier with time. Are you getting better again?
