      Thanks for checking in! Things are pretty much the same here. I’ve been to several drs and not much provided in terms of treatment options. I’ve been trying to learn how to live with it. Some days are harder than others of course. How are you?

        I have had 2 Rounds of PT for TMJ for tinnitus. Now have episodic MEM. What massage did you do?

        Hi LChops, have you found anything that helps with the clicking? I am experiencing this whenever I speak or breathe in and out through my mouth, typically at the end of the breaths and words/sentences, almost like something is resetting into place and causing a click sound.

        But it's definitely in my ears and I can also activate the sound for others to hear it as well. Just curious if you have found anything that is helpful? I have no other symptoms and am intrigued by your post about things being related to the jaw.

        Glad to hear you are doing better! Do you wear a splint for your Tmj? I got one from a Tmj specialist and I find it so difficult to sleep with at night
