Hello there! It sounds like both of us are dealing with ever-changing reactive tinnitus. Mine started mid-February and got its reactive tones about a few weeks in.

After about 3-4 months though the reactive part almost disappeared (Similar to your original one) but then a month later I got different tones instead.

  @Abbadem i experience the same, it almost disappeared and now its back but stronger. Can you rule out any reason for your case? I need help with this.

  Its a bit lessened now that I've been using little or no music to help me sleep. If I do use it then I have it set to not repeat (After a few songs to fall asleep to)
  
  Only reason for its increase I can think of is after not sleeping well for a few weeks and being bad about getting more exercise. Alcohol might have played a role too - had a few events I attended and drank a bit too much!

  Also been getting a lot more exercise and making sure to take more breaks from listening to music (Whether from headphones or speakers)
