      Hello Anusha... Iam having tinnitus since june2018. And i dont know how i got this. But I think it is related to hormonal fluctuations.Can you share your tinnitus during pregnancy and after delivery..I am worried to plan for kids..

      Hi anusha. I'm akash and I'm new to this forum and am facing tinnitus for last 10 months and it is ruining my life badly. I read your success story through YOGA and I've also started yoga and that seems to help me bit. So can you help me out here by telling which yoga you use to do and for how much time, which pranayam is most suitable for T and which could harm? DO you also do meditation?

        Let me know how it works out for you. I have been doing these since 12days regularly I heard it takes months to see any result so I realize need a lot of patience and discipline to be regular.

        I did not get it done as I was claustrophobic and then doctor said it really wasn’t necessary.

        Hi Anusha,

        I know there aren't many people on here with an ear drum perforation, and I got my tinnitus around dec 15, 2017 from a sinus infection that perforated my ear drum. Mine is still going strong, and i'm also hopeful that one day, it'll be gone
