I need hope for severe multi-tonal tinnitus and some noxacusis, please. I have around 10 different tones. They aren’t the usual “eeeeee” or hissing types. They sound extremely fast paced, almost like someone is rapidly banging on a piano key, or like screeching violins. I also have TTTS and...- vilebubbles
