    No, I didn't. Yes, I know. I'd rather not dwell on what I should have done. I didn't know these things and it's too late to go back and do these now. Biggest regret of my life was having this ear cleaning and not googling things beforehand.

    I've had a hearing test already, minutes after the ear cleaning that caused my tinnitus and hyperacusis 7 weeks ago, but the other tests I'm more concerned with and the fact that an ENT caused this is reason for concern with any other tests.

    I want to have a tympanometry or any other ear tests done now, but scared it will make things worse with pain hyperacusis. I'm not sure what's involved in these types of tests. Whether it's to check the middle ear function, have a regular hearing test or an extended one, or to do any other...
