A Good Strategy to Believe Tinnitus Will One Day Disappear?

It's seems like I have great days when I keep telling myself that this will go away one day and almost feel like myself again. I mean there are periods of straight silence when I plug my ears even...Is this a delusional strategy to take. I really do sometines feel like one day it will go away even with the hearing loss. I don't know hope just seems to work better.

 

If you have periods of complete silence, then you are extremely fortunate. Your T will probably be completely gone within another 6 months or so. Good for you.

 

Yes. I was sitting in my car with my family this afternoon with an earplug and It was just like the good ear. for like 30 minutes...just think having hope that it can go keeps a lot of people calm I thin, and I know I am one of them.
