You know what word I'm talking about. This ailment is like pushing a stone uphill.

Well, keep pushing. It will make you strong, and a better person. Do not give up or this stone will sink you. Most of you already know that negativity makes it worse. Be happy. Being positive makes it better. Move forward. Find some activity. One step at a time.

There may be a viable treatment or even a cure sooner that later. Just chill as well as you can and be patient and have hope.
