Any Good Tasting Drinks I Can Drink without Fear of Spiking My Tinnitus?

I mostly drink water now.

Any other good tasting drinks that won't mess with your tinnitus??

Also I drink ginger ale, does that spike anyone's tinnitus??

 

Almond milk.

I eat a lot of fruits and vegetables. As a result, I get all of my water from food, and I don't really drink anything. I don't get thirsty.

 

I know it’s different for everyone here, but I can drink anything, nothing causes a spike for me in terms of drinks
