Separate names with a comma.
Just curious if there is anyone who has had help from a spiritual experience.
I'm sure many of us go through the whole grief model, including bargaining.
I have to say no in my case I prayed daily for a long time and got prayer from my church to no avail.
Eventually I gave up praying especially when one unenlightened soul told me T meant I needed to forgive somebody !
I was told about somebody in another church who was 'healed' of T after prayer.
Incidentally I can no longer attend church due to the noise.
Prayer has roughly the same success rate as the supplements people around here are taking - that of placebo. Go for it if it helps.
If you have the time, I recommend volunteering in addition to prayer.
Working out, volunteering, church, and keeping busy with work and/or play all help keep your mind off of T.
Once I read about how Daymond John (Shark Tank) is half deaf from loud music, I have a new outlook and am making T my motivator. -- It's hard to do but I am just starting to let go. So tired of dwelling over it.
How could prayer possibly make t better?
It could probably even make it worse if you pray too loud...
That is because of the acoustics in a church.
The same way supplements do - placebo effect.
lol, well obviously not.
but it can makes you feel better, and ease you soul.
God obviously allows us to have tinnitus. Praying is basically asking Him to change His mind. This would be tantamount to saying God was wrong to allow us to have T in the first place. As an agnostic the only way God allowing us to have T is that it fits in with some divine cosmic plan which is beyond our understanding.
Yeah..i prayed once and it went away , wish I thought of it before to be honest .
"God, why do I have to get euthanized because of extreme unbearable T?"
- "I got a plan bro"
