App Recommendations to Cancel Out Tinnitus?

Hi all

I've been suffering from tinnitus for about 9 months and I'm currently off work so I thought I'd try and do something about my Tinnitus.

It's like a constant beeping noise but not very loud but at night, if I wake up, I find it very hard to get back to sleep again because of it.

I was wondering if any of the apps that "cancel out" Tinnitus actually work? any recommendations?

Also, is there a professional way of measuring how loud the noise is and the sound frequency of my Tinnitus? I live in the UK.

Hi @dkayuk , be careful with apps, or more specifically, if you plan to use headphones. They can cause more damage for some people.
