Yet I do not understand Where my spike came from. More precisely, I understand - after the ringing of the lid I was very worried. The muscles on the arm even began to twitch. But bursts on a nervous basis usually took place within 3-4 days. The same already lasts the second week. And I can not find the reason. What should I do? I have only a few hypotheses.

      1) Magnesium deficiency is possible. Can it increase tinnitus? I started taking magnesium supplements without analysis. This will not make it worse in case of an overabundance? Just twitching the muscles and small cramps made me think in this direction.

      2) Circadian (circadian) rhythms. Last week 2-3 I knocked my sleep and wakefulness. I work at night, until about 5 o'clock in the morning. And in the daytime I sleep up to 15-16 hours. Maybe it somehow influences? Maybe this is less melatonin? + I take an antidepressant for 8 months and rarely benzos (phenazepam) for the night. Does the antidepressant also deplete the stores of melatonin?

      3) Winter. Now we have the peak of fierce winter. Solar energy is very small. The sun sets already at 16.30. frosts to -30 degrees Celsius. I seldom go out in the open air and get less sun.
The general emotional state is now controlled by me.

What do you say? Thank you

I took 20 mg of prednisolone once in the beginning. But, I was afraid he did not make it worse. Should I take prednisolone?

Prednisalone is not to be taken willy nilly as it comes with its own problems and mainly for respiratory problems.
Stay calm and relax and keep relaxing music on around you.
We have to ride the storm with spikes.
Keep your head and ears warm when in the cold as cold can spike tinnitus for some people.
      Love glynis

I say this in a very nice way, go speak to someone. Go talk your issues out with a therapist. I did this in the beginning of my tinnitus ordeal and it was really helpful.

We do not have normal therapists, they do not understand anything.

Should I take prednisolone? It can be because of the failure of rhythms? Thank you
